Prior Experience:

• Extensive web and mobile design experience is a must. 

Skills Required:

• Graphic/Web design with illustration skills ( Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch )
• Strong UI & UX fundamentals
• Up to date with the latest in web and mobile design
• Technical know-how is Not necessary.

Role:

• The drive to be able to take design at 34 Cross to higher standards and extend the 34 Cross brand. Apart from traditional design skills.
• scaling the design team: leadership skills and training for new design team members.
• work on client projects - however, we would expect this involvement to reduce over time as the team grows and your focus is more on just adding the aesthetic elements to a project. 
• quick prototyping processes such that once a basic ethos with fonts and moods is set we can almost magically get a functional prototype out.
• creating a design community around us by means of meetups, workshops, etc.,
• blogging about design at 34 Cross and design in general
