Advisory or consultant background; ability to serve as a trusted advisor.
Broad knowledge of the entire SAP platform at the system architecture level.
Demonstrable expertise and experience in architecture, deployment, and operation of infrastructure components and systems relating to SAP deployments like database and RDBMS (SAP BASIS and in-memory),operating systems (Unix, Windows, and Linux),and virtualization (VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Red Hat Virtualization).
Solid understanding of SAP NetWeaver Application Server (ASCS),advanced business application programming (ABAP),Java Application Server (SCS),and SAP HANA database system architectures.
Previous experience with SAP implementation and migration projects in either a technical presales or delivery capacity.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt your messaging and content to various types and levels of audience, both technical and non-technical.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders with diverse views.
Ability to work as part of a geographically distributed team, but also on your own when required Fluent written and verbal language skills in English.
Willingness to travel up to 50% within India and South Asia.
Solid presentation, moderation, and teaching skills.
Ability to adjust to different audiences, from developers, to CIOs, to line of business, to board level.
Record of serving as a multiplier and sharing project learnings with peers.
Ability to work with globally distributed teams across our Consulting, Sales, Business, and Engineering teams and collaborate with other regional practice leads.
Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and work proactively.
