Job Description and Skill Set Required:
-Strong Core Java skills with good understanding of Software Architecture & design principles
-Strong hands on exposure to Spring/Struts and Hibernate.
-Good understanding of effective design patterns and when to use them
-Exposure to AJAX, JQuery a plus.
-Experience working on Portal technology.
-Exposure to Oracle/Postgres.
-Organised, Efficient and should possess good communication skills
-Strong interpersonal skills with experience in working with cross functional teams
