-Responsible for generating sales revenue for the company through sales of residential projects.
-Generate leads & follow up with potential Clients, conduct effective meetings and close deals.
-Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
-Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers after consulting reporting manager.
-Creating detailed proposal documents
-Willing to accompany potential customers for project site visit at customers preferred timing.
-Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
-Maintaining the company’s contact database management with up-to-date contact, accurate and activity details.
-Meeting annual sales goals and targets.
-Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
