Job Description:
-The candidate shall work on Customer Experience Testing
for all scheduled releases.
-The candidate will collaborate with Internal
stakeholders and report them for any issues or bugs
identified in UAT.
-This is an Individual Contributor profile and reports
toDeputy General Manager -Release Assurance.
Key Accountabilities:
-Conduct User Acceptance Testing for the release
projects; report issues/bugs to respective teams.
-Deeply analyse and flag whether migration was success
and identify production-related issues.
-Understand user test flows and be able to replicate them
to ensure system sanity.
-Communicate regularly with other UAT Project Managers,
QA Leads, Development Managers and Digital Core
members•Report system status to internal stakeholder as
necessary -through summary reports.
-Define the User Acceptance Criteria for any incident
logged.
-Review the Incident tickets to ensure it has
reproducible steps.
-Prioritize and multi-task the job on hand.
-Collaborate with the Release Managers, Quality Assurance
Team and Team Digital to ensure that the customer
journey align with test scripts and plans.
Skills Required:
-A minimum of 0-2 years of overall work experience;
relevant experience preferred
-Previous experience in conducting User Acceptance
Testing (UAT) for the platforms is good to have.
-Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-
solving skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills which
cater to both technical and functional audiences.
-Enthusiastic and engaged team player with the ability to
inspire colleagues
-Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
-Demonstrates ability to manage quality and productivity
through continuous improvement and variation management
