Salary : Rs 6 LPA To Rs. 10 LPA ( Based on Candidates Performance in the interview)

Interview Process:

•  Level 1: Programming Challenge: Solve the given programming problem in 48 hours and share the solution on Github/Bitbucket. Feel free to use any programming language of your choice. Can be taken from anywhere
• Level 2: Remote Pair Programming Session: An hour’s coding session with one or two programmers from Multunus. Can be taken from anywhere.
• Level 3: In Person Interview: A day long interview at our Bangalore office which involves multiple rounds covering both technical and interpersonal aspects.

Skills Required:

•     Very good OO skills
•     Familiarity of SOLID principles and the GoF design patterns
•     A deep interest in software engineering – especially agile development methodologies (Scrum/XP/Kanban/Lean)
•     Good HTML, CSS and Javascript skills
•     A high level of comfort in at least one web framework
•     A good architectural understanding of the what and why of web services
•     A deep interest in the product development lifecycle
•     Good English speaking and writing skills
•     A strong desire to work in a small organization (we’re 25 at this point)
•     A high level of personal integrity
•     Compassion and empathy for your team mates

Candidates with following credentials would be Preferred:

•     Past experience with TDD or BDD
•     Mobile Application Development experience (iOS/Android/Windows)
•     Open Source Contributions
•     Engagement in the community: Such as speaking appearances and/or active blogging
•     A deep interest in mentoring junior programmers on the team
•     A strong passion for creating great user experiences
•     A deep interest in startups – and what makes them tick (Bonus points for awareness of Lean Startups)
•     A deep interest in the non functional aspects of software – especially performance and security
•     An obsession for automating anything that’s repetitive
