Tide Platform Limited designs and operates the Tide website and app. Tide is not a bank, the Tide current account is an e-money account provided by Prepay Solutions (PPS), a trading name of Prepay Technologies Ltd which is an electronic money institution authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (FRN 900010) for the issuing of electronic money. PPS holds an amount equivalent to the money in Tide current accounts in a safeguarding account which gives customers protection against PPS' insolvency.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Own and advance their user experience for customer insights and reporting tools that support workforce optimisation.
Collaborate with other Product Designers in elevating our standards. Participate in Design Critiques to ensure consistency across Tide products. Advocate for more efficient processes and higher standards across the UX organisation
Design and specify user interfaces and information architecture using participatory and iterative design techniques including, but not limited to, prototyping and usability testing.
Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually.
Think beyond how something looks to how it should achieve business goals, behave and the functional implications.
Contribute to the product design process, drive decisions, track issues, and assist in estimating resource needs and schedules.
Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that includes visual designers, product owners, UX writers and developers.
Contribute to the definition scope and phasing of project timelines.
