Job Description:

- Achieve assigned sales targets in order to contribute to the sales volumes / revenues
- To Achieve Targets by Selling Housing loan/LAP products to the Residents / Customers
- Selling Product to Acquire New Customers in order to increase the Customer database with the Right mix of Profile
- Maintaining relationship with existing strategic and retail customers
- Generating New HL/LAP business 
- Estimating the creditworthiness of a prospective customer by way of field investigation / personal visits / local inquiries etc.
- Provide quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Should be conversant with Mortgage lending laws and regulations
- Basic knowledge of IT and Computer based operations
