Job Description & Skills Required:
- Maintain quality parameters of field executives.
- Interact with Team Leads through regular field visits to maintain locality standards
- Make sure communication reaches to field executives in the manner it should be
- Implement process training and ensure training is completed by field executives
- Ensure FnF of executives is recorded properly
Eligibility:
- Graduate
- 1-5 years of experience of handling large fleet
- Process oriented and timely reporting
- Preferred will be who has experience of handling large team.
