Job Description and Skill Set Required:
i- Personnel – time office maintenance
a- Upload of attendance muster vide biometric machine on as regular basis @ group
b- Plan for leaves to be updated on a daily basis –upload on HRMS on a daily basis
c- Reconcile for leaves availed of, balance carried off and leave with / out pay in HRMS
d- Plan for all leaves of the group in accordance with approvals of the superiors
e- Escalate for any hiccup to the HR Head in sync with the policy practiced till date
f- Reflect on HR shared practices to the group employees at the time of assistance
g- Offer as a help desk for all bank transfers of salaries vide inventory salary cycle kept as a
testament in the policy @ HRMS
h- Returns on investment @ HRMS software per employee of the group without hassles
i- Pay slip preparation and updated @ HRMS
a- PF returns and challans with the consultants a smooth flow is mandated
b- ESI returns and challans with the consultants a smooth flow is mandated
c- Bonus parse compliance acts
d- Maintain all registers required with the consultant
e- Single window for all group employees for compliance issues and resort to resolution
a- Utilities- housekeeping standards to be up kept in accordance with the dashboards maintained by the group
b- Pantry- hygiene standards to be up kept in accordance with the dashboards maintained by the group
c- AMCs of fixed assets and fixtures to be up kept in accordance with the dashboards maintained by the group in the required registers
d- Negotiate with vendors for list augmentation to be maintained as a part of the dashboard kept with the group as a testament in HR department.
e- Supervise the assignments conducted by the front office executive as maintain dashboards in hygiene and SOPs testament and generate EOD reports of self and approved reports of the FOE.
f- Employee engagement activities as advised by the matrix manager.
