Job Description and Skill Set Required:
-Preparing and monitoring the payroll system.
-Administer other Finance tasks such as monthly management account schedules bank reconciliations and related reconciliations
Finance:
Manage Finance tasks such as monthly ledger, bank reconciliations and related reconciliations
-Administer all documentation in relation to the invoicing and receipt of payment
-Perform payroll functions such as salary, work hours and tax and other deductions
-Maintain a filing system for all financial documents.
Accounting:
-Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
-Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements
-Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs
-Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology
-Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts
-Provide internal and external auditing services for businesses and individual.
