Job Description and Skill Set Required:

-Use innovative mindset to research experiences & activities, across various categories, based on customer requirements, trends, patterns, competition, social listening etc
-Analyse findings to distil key learning for design & development of experiences and activities
-Shorlist available offerings with various service providers
-Design new offerings based on research, customer requirements and product roll out plan
-Liaise with the Alliance Managerto select genuine suppliers; interact with suppliers if required, to bring existing and new experiences and activities to the product portfolio
-Participate in product development, content management and launch of designed products.
-Develop product content for online or offline channel as required
-Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into product development
