We are in a fast growing business with a great pipeline of business developing and delivering financial software for hedge funds to clients/brokers. We have offices in Chandigarh/Mohali, London and US and potentially looking to spread our operations in Hong Kong.

We are looking for a candidate to deliver efficient and consistent implementations of Arbors Order Management System to yield increased reliability, supportability, maintainability, and performance of the system while reducing the cost and time-to-market of the system and its features.
The Specialist OMS (Order Management System) Business Analyst will initially be responsible for implementing and managing multiple projects whilst coordinating work with various internal and external teams. Additionally, the candidate will work with other teams to ensure continuity of support and contribute to the general offerings that the OMS team can provide to its clients.
-Bridge the gap between the business and technology to effectively design and customize Arbors OMS system that will meet or exceed the expectations of the business users
-Design, document, develop and test interfaces to and from the OMS/EMS system, pre/post trade compliance systems
-Design, document, develop and test other customizations to the systems to support the business workflows
-Analyze current business and operational processes and contribute/implement process improvements
-Manage/coordinate and implement new instances of Arbors OMS system as well as upgrades to existing instances of Arbors OMS module for its global client base
-Work directly with business users to gather functional requirements, document business requirements for implementations, upgrades and enhancements
-Troubleshoot and problem solve to resolve issues reported by the business users and other technology groups
-Work with various technology teams including server support, networking, access control, etc. to ensure all systems remain stable and available
-As with any development/implementation teams some weekend work maybe required
SKILL SET REQUIRED:
-Good understanding of accounting and financial markets is essential
-Business Analysis of an Order Management System
-Technologies of an Order Management System
-Understanding of FIX message flow (inbound / outbound)
-FIX (Financial Information Exchange) Protocol.
-Candidate should be results-oriented, team player and self-motivator with a strong initiative to deliver
-Strong business analysis, technical, and project management skills
-Experience in object oriented development - Ideally .NET, SQL
-Experience in dealing as a client-facing representative
-Strong ability as a self-starter who can appropriately priorities work and manage time
-EMS experience is a definite plus
- Experience managing large projects
-XML, SQL, Bloomberg, Market Data
-An understanding of the technical infrastructure that supports various OMS/EMS systems.
