Salary: INR 1.8 – 5 LPA + Incentives

Job Description:

- Recruiter will support our companies efforts to place bench candidates for multiple clients

- Review and format resumes, qualify bench candidates and negotiate rates

- Provide technical analysis and assessments as needed

- Build strong network of clients for bench placements, gain market intelligence, leverage existing talent pool for referrals and contacts

- Strong background in Technology

- Experience in marketing bench consultants

Skill Set Required: 

- Minimum 1 year of experience in bench sales

- Experience in dealing with tire 1 or prime vendors only

- Experience in US market

- Work experience with service oriented companies

- Developing new database by making fresh calls, cold calls.

- Willing to work as per US timings(EST)/Night shift

- Good understanding US Staffing statutory requirements, HR and contracting process, pay rates etc , experience in w2 , C2C , Contract to hire positions .
