Job Description and Skills Required:
Application of SAP Notes, Patches.
SAP user & authorization Management.
Periodical restore of SAP.
Daily SAP check-list.
Online monitoring of user access & server performance.
Transportation of change request.
Log Issue in OSS Site.
Handling / resolving day-to-day enduser queries.
Perform SAP client administration (create/ copy/delete/export/import client) as and when required.
Kernel upgrades with assistance of IT.
Monitor all SAP systems (work process, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system installation, upgrade and maintenance of SAP systems).
Monitor and manage the servers, background jobs, performance of the system.
Analyze and fix missing authorization.
SAP licence management.
Analyze the ABAP dumps.
Manage the database space allocation.
Configure SAP GUI at client computers.
Rectify minor networking problems.
Troubleshoot any client or server problems.
Create RFCs and should be able to configure TMS.
SPP server authorizations.
