iodParts is an E-Commerce for Electronics Components Industry. It is a Pune-based startup founded in November 2015 with aim to build an efficient platform for procurement of Electronic Components for OEMs and Contract Manufacturers worldwide.

Profile:  Sales/Customer Support

Job Location: Pune

Desired experience: 0-1 yrs

Course Specialization: Any Graduate

Target Batch Pass out: 2016 - 2017

Salary: INR 2.0 LPA to INR 2.4 LPA

Bond: 1 year

Probation/Training Period: 6 Month

Tentative date of Joining: Immediate

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description:

- Assist customers to resolve sales queries

- Answer incoming Calls / Chats / Emails from customers and suppliers

- Supporting on order processing and sourcing.

- Coordinate with shipping and logistics department

- Position is for USA Shift and UK Shift 

Skills Required:

- Good English Written Communication - MUST

- Good English Verbal Communication - MUST

- Ability to Learn New Systems and Business

- Good People Management Skills
