Profile Offered: Sales/Business Development Manager

Job location: Delhi

Course Specialization: Any Graduate in Any Specialization

Desired Experience: 0 - 2 years

Salary Offered: Rs 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 P.A.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Do KYC for 811 Digital Account through field visit, 100 % leads will be provided by the bank & cross-selling have to do along with that.
Handle Investment and Insurance requirements of clients.
Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
Coordinates with other group companies to provide awareness to our group company employees for our KOTAKJIFI products.
Goes beyond the professional need of the customer by providing other products - enhancement of customer value.
Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
Penetration of group/family account of the existing mapped base.
Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.
Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing corporate.
Must have a general awareness of Banking (RBI & finance ministry).


Education:

B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E., BBA, BBM, BBS, BCA, BCM, BDS, BMM, BMS
