Job Description


Compensation: INR 1.44 LPA to INR 1.8 LPA Fixed plus variables.

Target batch: Fresher – 2013 Batch BE/B.Tech/MBA

Job Description:

  • Primary responsibility to generate leads, makes strong solution sales pitch, negotiate and close deals. Will be supported by technical pre-sales and delivery teams.
  • Work closely with senior management to define the sales strategy and execute against it.
  • Willing to hit the ground running and take up aggressive targets.
  • Responsible for making daily calls and field visits into existing accounts in territory.
  • Provide inputs to product management based on customer needs, trends & competition to build product roadmap.
  • Executive Relation Building and Stakeholder Relation building experience.
  • Responsible for executing Sales Campaigns.

Desired Profile:

  • The Candidate should have flair for sales, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The Candidate should be active & contributing team member with strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to meet and exceed commitments.
  • Must have own conveyance.

Note: Candidates who have attended the recruitment process for EON Networks in the last 6 months are not eligible.

Interview Process: HR Round followed by Operational Round and finally Managing Director

Probation Period: 6 months
