Job Profile: Sales Trainee-Cloud Sales

Job Location: Delhi, Gurgaon , Noida

Course Specialization: B.Tech , B.SC ,BCA,MCA (CS/IT) / MBA (Sales/Marketing)

Batch: 2014/2015/2016

Salary: INR 1.8 LPA - INR 3.6 LPA (Depends upon candidate’s performance during the interview)

Bond: 1 Year Service Agreement (For Fresher Candidates)

Tentative Interview Date*: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

*The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description:

-To handle the key accounts and territories in Delhi (NCR) offering the buyers products and services of PDIL so as to:

-Enhance wallet share in existing account

-Acquire new target accounts

-Maintain a database of target accounts / territories – suspects, prospects & existing customer

-Be a SPOC( Single Point Of Contact) for assigned accounts

-Market vStacks’ product and services while participating in technology fairs

-Develop and implement strategies –specific to accounts / territories to achieve sales objective

-Map competition activity in assigned accounts / territories and develop counter strategies

-Handle customer issues (servicing customer complaints, queries and problems)

-Interacting with Purchase, CTOs, CIOs, HR Heads etc. in the assigned territory

-Coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets

-Calculate offer for buyers

-Adhere to organizational processes and ensure uniform compliance

-Share vision of customer a/c (growth plans), to enable vStacks to improve their offerings, in line with Customer’s future requirement.

-Prepare and submit Sales activity, forecast process reports, as per defined schedule.

 

Skill set required:

-Good Communication and interpersonal skills

-Good Team player with skills to manage self & his / her business, independently.

-Good Analytical and problem solving skills to address Customer issues effectively.

-Good Concept/ solution selling skills with strong Presentation skills Keen financial acumen to understand the financial impact of decisions on Customers & vStacks.

-Should possess positive attitude, initiative and an ability to maximize Customer Satisfaction.

-Highly results driven, comfortable working in a fast moving and multi tasking environment.

Additional

-Good domain knowledge in Technology Industry –CRM, Mobile Aps, HRMS and other products

- Exposure of handling Key Accounts will be preferred.
