Job description :
-Candidate will be designing, developing and testing quality ready software products and solutions.
-Candidate will present the look - n feel of the product to ensure maximum usability by customers of all kinds.
-Candidate will have to ensure customer profiling and usage in your design of the product. Your goal shall be to deliver the best looking and best feeling software in the market.
-Candidate should Solicit and deduce requirements on features, usability and performance from the product teams and end customers.
-Candidate will have to ensure to keep the sustainment activities low, by installing preemptive maintenance on the software products.
-Candidate will have to Serve customers at the highest level with high quality product/services and ensure all escalations are resolved in timely manner.
-Candidate should keep the interface beautiful and easy to use. Direct the visual appearance of all new features and enhancements of the product
-Candidate should initiate, suggest, and spearhead major UI re-factorings for a more intuitive user experience
-Candidate will have to Design elegant solutions to complex workflows.

-Candidate will have to gather requirements from Product and various other teams. Design, Develop, Deliver and Maintain the product and program using Software UI Programming languages
-Candidate will have to meet highest level of quality product/services and ensure all escalations are resolved in timely manner
-Candidate will have to participate on project scrum team. Manage personal work backlog using Agile practices
-Candidate will have to reviews specifications, software designs, code and tests. Confirm all functions and validate against requirements, constraints and risks
Required Skills and Competencies :

-Demonstrable experience of producing high quality creative work within, Web designing, User Interface, print production, advertising, new media or other creative disciplines.
-Familiarity with relational database concepts
-Have an eye for detail, creativity and design quality.
-Must have a portfolio.
-Should have experience of designing for applications, widgets, mobile apps across various platforms like iPhone, iPad, Android Devices, etc.
-Should have excellent understanding and knowledge of user experience, web design principles and methods.
-Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
-Self-motivation and the ability to work under minimal supervision are required
-Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.
-Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
