Desired Experience: 2 - 3 years of work experience and minimum 1 years in FMCG co.
Salary: INR 2 – 4 LPA

-Preparing & implementing sales & marketing plans for Products in accordance with business plan of company.
-Implementing strategic plans & handling marketing operations thereby achieving increased sales growth across region.
-Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitors move to achieve market share metrics.
-Carrying out promotional activities as a part of brand building & market development effort.
-Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers and distributors, resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share.
-Appointing dealers, evaluating their performance & monitoring distributor sales & marketing activities
-Responsible for collection in time and follow-up of outstanding
-To ensure a healthy realization of the sales volume activities.
-Interfacing with Category managers of various chains.
-Ensuring effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing team and other department
Skill Set Required:
-Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with proven abilities in Store owner/manager, Category manager’s relationship management and planning.
-Handling a team of in store promoters.
-Merchandising activity like POS, Demo Kit, Display, etc.
-Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
-Regularly submission of DSR to the reporting manager
-Excellent sales and negotiation skills
-Good communication and 'people skills'
-Confidence, motivation and determination
-The ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team
-Good organizational and time management skills
-The ability to deal with rejection in sales deals
-Attention to detail
