Duties and responsibilities :

• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.

• Maintaining relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.

• Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.

• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.

• Gathering market and customer information and creating detailed proposal documents.

• Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements.

Qualification :

To perform this job successfully, the following are required:

• A graduate with a good command over the English language.

• Prior internship/work experience, where you have performed similar tasks, would be a plus.

• Should be able to use online platforms for both searching and managing information. Expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel is preferred.
