Job Description: 

Handles the Site walk in, provides technical details/information of the unit, takes part in negotiations and close deals.

Manages all the back office work from booking till sale deed execution.

Maintains database of clients for cold calling, references.

Coordinates with engineering division site updated status.

Handles inquiries of the listed properties and provides solution to the customer according to their requirements.

Follows up with the clients for booking, payments when required.

Prepares weekly, monthly reports and present it to the management.

Coordinates with vendors to execute promotional tasks –advertisement, hoardings, exhibitions.

Skills Required: Target oriented, Convincing, Negotiation , Communication & pleasant personality. 

Interview Process: Two face to face interviews.
