Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- One should understand scope of e-catering under IRCTC.

-Explain passengers regarding E-Catering and benefits compared to pantry
car and platform food

-Candidate must be able to travel in Train daily for a duruation of Max

8hrs round trip(4hrs UP & 4hrs Down).

-Candidate should note down feedback & Complaints raised while discussing.

-Candidate should be able to place order online on behalf of customer if
required and explain delivery cycle.

-Candidate should take care from order processing to order delivery.
