Pickcel is a startup focusing on Hyper-local Digital Signage Ad Network. Technology behind the signage network is developed by Pickcel.

Primary job requirement is to sell airtime to potential advertisers and acquire real estates to increase the footprint of Ad Network.

Salary: 8000 per month during probation(1 month), 1.92 LPA Fixed + 2.4 LPA Variable

Job Description:

- Persuade clients to buy advertising space and time
- Identify owner of advertising budget in target organisations and contacting them
- Explaining the benefits of hyper local digital signage, using statistics, figures and scenarios
- Offer a price and negotiate
- Closing the deal and recording the details
- Maintain the customer relationship
- As this is comparatively a new medium for the advertises, build a strategy around business development.
- Persuade and negotiate with real estate owners to join the Ad network.

Skills Required:

- MBA in Sales & Marketing
- 1+ Years of Experience in media selling space. Selling Digital Signage media will be an added advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Managing customer relationship.
- Should be ready to work in a start-up kind of environment
- Should be able to work with a team and take responsible of team targets.
