Job Profile: Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Location: New Delhi

Desired experience- 0-2 Years

Course Specialization- Any Graduate

Batch- 2014/2015

Salary- INR 2.16 LPA + Incentives

Bond- None

Tentative Interview Date*- Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

Interview Process-

- Face to Face Round

Tentative Date of Joining- Immediate

Job Description:

-Market visits to assigned stores. 

- Manage Grocery and Chemist stores in a specific zone of a city.

- Responsible for all promotions & activations being implemented at the store including 

a. Influencing Transactions at stores

b. Brand programs implementation and reporting

- Signup New Store & Convincing stores to use computer & mobile apps

- Collate reports and track projects in the target stores

- Experience in market research & fields visits

- Experience in using smartphone

Skill Set Required:

- Experience in working with Neighbourhood grocery stores

- Sales and servicing experience, particularly in FMCG sales, would be given importance

- Should be willing to lead and show initiative

- Should by highly self-driven

- Fresh candidates with drive and motivation will also be considered

- Prior experience in BTL operations, team management, project planning & implementation

Note: Must have Smartphone and own vehicle

B.A., B.A.(Hons.), B.Com., B.Com.(Hons.), B.E-Com., B.Ed, B.Sc.(Hons.), B.Tech/B.E., BBA, BBI, BBM, BBS, BCA, BCM, BDS, MBA, MBE, MCM
