- Recruiting, Training and motivating star salespersons.
- Working with the Marketing team and Management of the company to introduce new, profitable verticals.
- Evaluating sales performance and take corrective measures.
- Improving the sale processes of the company for optimized performance and reducing waste.
- The Manager Sales reports directly to the Senior Manager Operations who is stationed at the Central Office in India.
