Job Description and Skills Required: 

Call & set-up appointments on daily basis, and meet pre-defined set of prospective clients on daily basis.

Visit Clients, Develop Channel partners daily, follow up with clients for collections, coordinating with CRM team for client agreements etc.

Maintain DSR and necessary data and records for future reference.

Responsible for meeting the sales targets.

To Ensure strict adherence of sales process and internal procedures.

To make presentations to the clients and channel partners and convert them into sales.

To develop and maintain relations with the channel partners , clients and generate sales from references.

Must have a quality to deal with decision makers.

Responsible for revenue generation from events sales, space selling and concept selling

Responsible for making strategies to meet the overall sales targets like lead generation.

Follow up the clients till the project or work sold is made live or till contract is completed.

Good presentation and selling skills.

Pleasing personality and willingness to actively listen and understand.

Must be target driven and must have deep desire to work and succeed in a growing organization with total commitment.

Ability of handle work load and work pressure.

Go getter with excellent communication (SPOKEN/VERBAL ENGLISH COMMUNICATION), Knowledge of any other language (HINDI,PUNJABI) will be added advantage.

Candidate must have a two wheeler of his own. Fixed travelling allowance will also be given.

Must have self driven qualities, Achieving sales target and staying focused on Key Performance Indicator.

Interview Process: Face to face interview.
