Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Must be well versed in English and Hindi Speaking for a qualitative communication with the customers.
  • Calling customers, understanding their queries and qualifying them according to the relevancy and qualitative metrics outlined for the product.
  • Ability to Satisfy customer issues and resolving them with confidence.
  • Ability to learn fast and remember various products & their features to be able to explain to the customers properly.
  • Aptitude to understand the processes of the organisation and workflows of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho or FreshSales.
  • Ability to handle tough situations with a customer and answer with humility. Good humour to lighten the mood in tough situations will be a bonus.
  • High emotional intelligence to remain calm and maintain composure at all times.
