Job Description:

-Achieving the monthly sales targets

-Generate own business leads by cold callings and walk-ins

-Diligently managing the unqualified and qualified leads in the CRM

-Detailing their previous day work in the morning meetings

-Ensuring customer on-boarding process is fast and smooth

-Engaging with the existing customers to provide valuable feedback about the product

Skills required:

-Aggressive sales attitude

-Excellent communication and analytical skills

-Has a good understanding of the Online Industry

-Can adopt a consultative selling approach

-Meets customers on the field

-Good experience in field sales , b2b, b2c, concept selling, software selling etc.

-Good communication & interpersonal skills with min 3 languages.

-Good management skills & convincing skills.

-Expert in concept selling or software selling to the new clients.

-Talented in reaching the software sales target every month.

-Has more than 1 year of field experience and taking monthly sales targets
