Job Description: 

-  Marketing of Projects

- Follow-up with the clients.

- Should independently be able to generate business.

- Good networking with real estate developer.

- Preparing marketing strategies to deal with new clients

- Exploring business potential opportunities & client to secure profitable business volumes.

- Direct sales of residential properties by presentation and demonstration of the features and benefits of available property.

- Convert prospects to closed sales.

- Exploring new markets out station for our projects.

Skill Set Required: 

-Should be of Pleasing Personality

- Strong analytical skills

- Should have Good written and verbal communication skills

- Should Posses Strong Relationship Building ability

- Should have zeal to get more sales and earn huge incentives

- Candidates from insurance & Real Estate sales are preferred.

- Should be good in direct sales.

- Achieving the Sales target.

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Must have own vehicle.

- Should be able to deliver creative and innovative thoughts

- Work collaboratively and efficaciously as a team member.

- Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.

- Effectively communicate and make best use of interpersonal skills.
