Job Description and Skill Set Required: 

- Advise clients on market conditions, prices and related matters

- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers\' needs and financial resources.

- Display commercial and residential properties to clients and explain their features.

- Report on sales activities to top management

- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer Base

- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.

- Acquire new customers and build relationships with both existing and new customers

- Effective, efficient, professional service and advice to ensure client satisfaction of the highest level.

- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, and personal visits.
