Job Description: 

Ability to interact with clients & provide complete information about the project.

Active participation in the promotional events & activities.

Schedule & conduct weekly sales meetings.

Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.

Try and maintain good relations with the client and pro actively achieve the target.

Responsible for sales of the company\\\'s underwritten projects across Delhi NCR.

Developing sales strategies and setting targets.

Keeping up to date with market, product, competitors.

Meeting sales target by closing the valuable leads.

Answer the queries raised by the client related property.

Result oriented sales professional with qualitative experience.

Should have own conveyance.

Should be updated with marketing strategies to sell residential and commercial properties.

Valuable leads would be provided from company side and you have to convert these leads into sales.

Skills Required: Sales & Marketing Skills, Communication skills, Convincing Power.

Interview Process: HR Round and Second would be face to face interaction with Director.

B.Tech/B.E., MBA
