Sourcing the leads for Loans through various channels: leaflets, pre-sales, newspaper inserts, classifieds, website, etc.
Choose potential areas/pockets & work on them, so as to generate self-leads.
Co-ordinate, Manage & drive business through DSAs.
Building strong relationships with existing clients to get repeat business & references.
Achieve sales targets & maintain the TAT as per norms.
First round of meeting with loan seeker to understand his requirement, repayment capacity and loan utilization.
Collect all the KYCs, other documents and physically verify them with originals.
Inspect the property physically to be mortgaged and prepare & submit his report.
Prepare his cash-flows and finally submit his recommendations to Credit department/ Branch Manager.
Skills Required: Good communication and convincing skill.
