The company has its project in Noida, Greater Noida and Jamshedpur Location and some more projects in pipeline. Currently we are dealing with residential and commercial plots and very soon will come up with group housing projects.

Job Description:

- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.

- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets.

- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers .

- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.

- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.

- Developing sales strategies and setting targets.

- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.

- Hands on experience in B2C sales.

Skill Set Required: 

- Ability to communicate fluently in both Hindi and English. Communication skills.

- Effective Client co-ordination.
