About the Company:-
We Talenkart are a B2B marketplace platform which helps the IT companies to find the correct opportunities for the employees who are currently not tagged on any project, we help you to outsource the resource to any other company which are looking for appropriate candidates. We help you find the correct position of the several openings listed with us from the other clients on a contract or contract to hire basis. The Talenkart portal allows your talents to be absorbed by other companies immediately and hassle-free, as the clients can have interviews of the candidate, background verification and negotiations on the portal itself. The one important feature of the portal is that it is cost efficient and the negotiation is done between companies and eliminate the individual bargain with the candidate, it also helps you to retain the talent as the candidate can return to you after the completion of the contract.
