Job Description:-
Roles&Responsibilities:

-Reporting daily sales operations and other performance tracking parameters of Sales and Marketing.
-Tracking and managing retails and dealership application leads.
-Managing company Vahan portal (Inventory and HSRP vendor management).
-Co-ordinating with production, sales, accounts and dealer for dispatches.
-Providing analytics on Insurance, retail finance and HSRP usage of dealers.
-Co-ordinations and communication activity with Regional and State Transport Authorities.
-Managing Dealer database (Documentations).
-Coordinating Dealer Onboarding and dealership tie ups.
-Support in implementing of company's software systems across dealerships.
-Supporting Sales team and Marketing team with Analytics for Market Intelligence.
-Ensuring legal, statutory and company standard compliances for dealership and other tie-ups.
-Extensive Data Management with bare minimum data requirement and optimum information output.
-Conducting various research & analysis (Both Internal and Market-Based).
-Produce high quality documentation, reports, and presentation to the founders' and sales team.
-Preparing monthly MIS as per the formats and coordination with the founders.

Skill Set Required:
-Data representation and analytical skills:-
-o critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources.
-o Decompose of high-level information into details.
-o Abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding (informative graphs and info-grams).
-Proficient in MS Excel, Google Drive Tools and Power BI (Desirable).
-Proficient skills in using MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
-Good communication skills to articulate both verbally as well as in written form.
-Time and task managements with the ability to work under pressure and deliver under stipulated time.
