Job Description & Skill Set Required:
- To achieve given Sales numbers through customer walk in and other all possible modes
- Work closely with the branch/outlet Service executives to drive customers
- Generate New Leads and Achieve Respective Targets.
- Should onboard Agents, train and generate sales through them
- Maintain Strong Professional Relations with Existing and Prospective Customers.
- Exhibit Highest Standards of Professional Ethics and Behaviour.
- Constantly Follow Up with the Potential Client Via Calls and other possible modes
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly report
- Should own two wheeler and license
- Should generate & maintain the database
- To maintain rich sales funnel all the time
- Prior experience with Chit funds industry is added advantage
- Basics of MsOffice
- Good communication skills
