Course Specialization: Any Graduate

Salary: INR 1.8 LPA - INR 2.4 LPA + Incentives
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Job Description:
- Signing up the target merchants quickly and effectively
- Onboard merchants on Gifts on Air’s platform and help them engage with their audience
- Build an in-depth understanding of the restaurants of different areas
- Efficiently solve problems
- Manage and grow long term relationships with the merchants
- Identify opportunities and take initiatives to grow the business
- Analyze data and aspects like pricing and coverage
- Help merchants solve issues
- Manage end-to-end client relationship
- Manage pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, payment collection
- A passion for business development and a drive to succeed

Skill Set Required:
- Person should be ready to work in odd hours as well
- Should be presentable and is able to multi-task
- Should be fluent in Hindi and English
- B2B sales experience will be great

Interview Process:
2 rounds of interview on the same day:-
- 1st round- screening
- 2nd round- in depth conversation with selected candidates and salary discussion

B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E., BBA, BCA, M.A., MCA
