Salary: INR 1.8 LPA To INR 2.4 LPA A (The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview, experience and will be at the company’s discretion)

Tenative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

Job Description and Skill Set Required:
 
- To develop sales by understanding and demonstrating, capabilities, and features of product; and close the deal.
- Generate enquiries & capture all information on time & convey to reporting manager.
- Probe & understand customer needs & advise on suitable models & deals with finance details.
- Drive the various Sales Activities & Promotions & Ensure Targets are achieved on time.
- Attend all the training programs designated.
- Knowledge of various products & Schemes & retain information gained through training programs.
- Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
- Give proper demonstration on Demo vehicle to customer and satisfy all customer queries regarding the vehicle.
- Should be Aggressive, Positive attitude and goal oriented.
- Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Selling to Customer.
- Needs, Financial Skills, Documentation Skills, Scheduling, Telephone Skills, Listening, Verbal Communication, Customer Focus, Job Knowledge.
