-Handling End to End Sales Process (sourcing lead, follow up on leads, converting leads,giving demo of the product, sending quotations, closing the deals).
-Creating and implementing strategies to source leads via various online offline channel (online marketing, conduct events etc).
-B2B and B2C exposure.
-Conducting customer meeting with real estate executives.
-Generating new leads with the aim of creating more sales.
-Business development will involve preparing and delivering presentation to the client with the aim of understanding their business and requirements.
-Demo/ Presentation of a product to customer.
-Need to do continuous follow up.
-Capable to demonstrate full knowledge of the products, the relevant selling points and benefits.
-Handle correspondence related to all sales activities.
-Exposure to B2B sales would be preferable.
