Job Description:
-To identify brokers through internet & newspaper & prepare a list.
-Call & schedule a one to one meeting over the phone.
-Visit individual brokers, collect visiting cards & inventory information.
-Update the visits by evening.
-Update inventory in the software before closing the day.
-Visit all the developers in Gurgaon, Noida, Delhi to collect inventory for pre leased, vacant spaces & original booking.
-Assist with prospective tenant showings at properties, as needed.
Requirements:
-Graduate
-English Speaking
-Good Communication Skills
-MS Office Conversant
-Own Conveyance Must
