Job Description - Code & Co. is looking to grow its sales team to keep up with the advancement of our existing and emerging digital products and services. An ideal candidate will be an ambitious selfstarter, not intimidated by making 100+ cold calls in a high-intensity environment for competitive products like websites, Search Engine Optimization and looking to advance to sales, marketing, and business development roles with us.

Job Requirement
The Sales Executive is a sales-support position, responsible for identifying and contacting prospects, with the expectation to grow into a full Sales and Marketing role within 4-12 months. They will be responsible for responding to inbound requests, cold-calling into prospect companies-including new and existing clients, qualifying potential opportunities, and scheduling initial product presentations between prospects and our sales team. 

Sales executives are the key point of contact between an organization and its clients:
  • answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products. 
  • Responsibilities include: 
  • Organizing sales visits, cold calls, emails, and trade shows
  • Demonstrating and presenting our products and services such as web design and development, mobile apps, and digital marketing 
  • Establishing new business 
  • Maintaining accurate records 
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
  • Reviewing sales performance 
  • Negotiating contracts and packages 
  • Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets 
Skill Set Required
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the web/IT industry 
  • Dubai/GCC background is a plus 
  • Great verbal and written communication skills 
  • Confident, assertive self-starter who is extremely organized and goal driven 
  • Team player 
  • Ability to learn and think quickly 
Promotional prospects are excellent - progression can be into senior sales roles or into related employment areas such as marketing or management.
