Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person via telephone calls and emails.
-Attending walk in customers & follow customer focused etiquette.
-Product labeling and rearranging display by time to time.
-Certify the delivery to customers.
-Generate quotes and Invoices.
-Manage complete billing cycle.
-Assist / explain the customer about the product and value.
-Be a Value seller (Target oriented).
-Responding to enquiries.
-Input future buying and selling trends to management.
-Stock verification and making Local Purchase Orders.
-Negotiating Payment and pricing.(with walk in customer)
-Follow-up on business leads and referrals.
-Obtain approvals for reductions or discounts from Sales manager.
-Represent organization at Trade exhibitions.
-Developing Repeat sales to the existing / old customer.
