ROLE:
- Plivo is looking for Sales Development Representative , to join our growing sales team.
- As the foundation of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for managing all of Plivo's inbound and outbound lead generation.
- You will generate and qualify opportunities for the team and do outreach to enterprise and mid-market companies in direct support of the sales and marketing teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive Plivo's growth with the help of Inbound & Outbound Business Development effort with a focus on qualifying and generating qualified leads.
- Execute and own Outbound campaigns required for generating qualified opportunities
Work on churning the leads generated from various Marketing campaigns and take them through the cycle of qualification to closure/transfer as required.
- Reconnect and build relationships with cold leads and continuously build the pipeline.
- Cold call, prospecting, and pipeline building with opportunity identification and lead nurturing.
- Research prospect contact information, map a customer account and identify best way to develop a relationship.
- Market Plivo's offerings in the international markets.
- Articulate Plivo's business value proposition to decision makers to assess buying interest.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors in a Technical stream
- 0-2 years of Lead generation and Business development experience with a Tech offering.
- Experience of inside sales for lead generation.
- Experience of cold calling and engaging with a global target audience.
- Proficiency with Inside Sales tools including sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn,Ms-Office etc.
- Strong business written and oral communication skills.
- Adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to master product knowledge.
- Work in a highly demanding and competitive environment.
