Salary:  Freshers: INR 1.92 LPA + Unlimited Incentives (Monthly and Spot Incentives), 
              Experienced- 2.16 LPA + Unlimited Incentives (Monthly and Spot Incentives)

Tenative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Assisting customers for online purchase of health insurance/Term Insurance plans telephonically.
- Pitching best suited insurance plans to the costumers.
- Explaining plan features and convincing customers to purchase the plan through us.
- Ensuring high conversion ratios on leads provided to them through sales approach and proper follow ups.
- Customer Handling- answers all questions and concerns customer might have.
- Ensuring work accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring adherence to documented processes, procedures and controls.
- Day Shift
- 6 Days Working
