-Generating Leads as well as closing sales Cold Calling, Emailing and meetings.
-Contact potential customers to inform them about the product/ services.
-Answer questions about the product and understand prospects’ requirements and how the product can help them.
-Assign Lead to Field team for meetings and offline demos wherever applicable
-Update customer information in the database
-Keep records of call/ sales / other important information
-Timely follow up with Leads for conversion
-Give online demos to interested prospects
-Meeting priority customers if and when required.
