Salary: INR 3.5 LPA to INR 4.2 LPA + Performance based Incentives

(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview, candidates experience and will be at the company’s discretion)

Job Description:  

Sales consultants are a liaison between the company and the client. They are responsible to own the client through the customer lifecycle to drive rental closures.

- Responsible for communicating with the client over phone and online

- Understanding client requirements and arranging client visits for closure

- Interacting and communicating with the client on a regular basis to determine changing tastes and preferences

- Managing conflict and coming up with effective negotiation and sales strategies

- Working closely with all teams to ensure seamless service delivery to the customer

- Increasing the customer satisfaction in terms of services they are using

- Taking the proper feedback from the client and helping the operations team in service up gradation

Skill Set Required:  

Candidates must have following skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Goal oriented personality

- Highly energetic & aggressive

- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with success

- Experience in Tele-sales, inside sales & outbound sales
