Job Description:

-Tele calling experience is must

-Coordinating with the sales team for achieving monthly sale targets.

-Handling the enquiries from existing and new clients and provides details about the products offered by them over the phone or via e-mails.

-Preparing monthly sales reports and submitting the same to the senior level management

-Preparing & sending quotations to customers as per their requirement

-Process orders and follow up on delivery of products

-Generate and follow up on quotation status

-Maintaining database on prospective clients and existing customers information for enhancing business opportunities
