Salary: INR 3 LPA to INR 4 LPA (Performance based incentive 50k - 1.5L)

Job Description:

Sale and Business Development role at zekeLabs is different. The goal is not just to deliver what client is seeking, but to deliver happiness. The role is about building relationships with the lead and helping them to make the best decision.We are looking for Associates in our Sales and After sales support team.The role will involve lead generation, cold calls and pitching the product/services of the organization to the prospects.Working in the team requires skill sets of great communications, handling customers and coordinating with other team members. We do not have boundaries between sales and after-sales support. Delighting the customer is everyone's responsibility and is important at every stage of the interaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Responsible for both identifying and selling to new clients. Making cold calls to the clients to explain the offerings.
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
- Drive sales revenue across our B2B / B2C verticals.
- Understand customer needs and requirements. Create product collateral/presentations.
- Responding to inquiries and queries from customers and provide a thorough and speedy resolve/information via Calls, Emails & Chats.
- Log customer queries in CRM.
- Keep follow up on customer issues and open complaints and provide timely closures.
- Provide feedback to Business Team on basis of customer requests and complaints.
- Ensure that all the related notes/ call comments are properly documented and suitable information is provided to clients.
- Maintain our knowledge base documents. Write, edit and help create content whenever necessary.

Skills Required:  
- Preferable but not mandatory prior sales and business development experience.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day.
- You should be empathetic to customers and can easily put yourself in their shoes. You need to listen and understand well.
- You write well. You know exactly what word or punctuation to use based on the context.
- We work 24*7, considering we now are growing and expanding rapidly. We expect you to be comfortable working extended hours, if needed.
- Effective communication skills.
- Effective management (time and people) skills.
- Ability to thrive effectively under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Good problem-solving skills, Result oriented and driven.
